Dr. Naveen Gupta is an Assoc. Professor working in the Department of Clinical Hematology, Sri Ram Cancer Center, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital since 2019. He specialises in the treatment of both benign blood disorders and blood disorders. These include diseases such as Anemia (low hemoglobin), low platelets, Aplastic anemia, Thalassemia, bleeding disorders like Hemophilia, blood clots; and also Blood cancers such as Leukemias, Multiple Myeloma and Lymphomas.
Dr. Gupta has played a key role in establishing the Bone Marrow Transplant services at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur. He has performed numerous Autologous transplants for Multiple myeloma and Lymphoma and Allogeneic transplants for Leukemia and Aplastic anemia. A very dedicated clinician and academician, he has always believed that patient education about the disease is very important in dealing with blood disorders. The task requires courage and persistence from both the doctor and the patient.
