Having total 12 years of experience of teaching in nursing colleges. Currently, since 2 years and 4 months working as a Associate professor in Mahatma Gandhi nursing college. Earlier, for 7 years and 6 months worked as assistant professor in Maharaj Vinayak Global University Jaipur. 2 years worked as Lecturer in Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Jaipur.

Trained Nurses Association of India, New Delhi with enrollment no. 26082/LMT dated 04th Nov. 2015.

• Encouraging and guiding the UG, PG & PhD Nursing students in research activities.
• Having 10+ publications in referred and indexed journals.
• Conducting departmental research on:
  • Impact of local heat application on peripheral intravenous cannulation among patients.
  • Impact of nurses’ emotional intelligence and self-compassion on occupational burnout at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Jaipur.

• Participated in more than 25 workshops,conferences,FDP,Seminars.
• Presented papers in national and international conferences.
